Administrator (End Point Assessment & Compliance)

Salary: £22,011 per annum

Duties:

  • To successfully administer end point assessment organisation (EPAO) completing the booking, administration, finance and tracking of all EPAO related processes in accordance with group policies and procedures.
  • To participate in internal and external audits related to funding compliance under guidance and supervision of the Compliance Coordinator and Group Head of End Point Assessment (EPA) and Compliance
  • To support the Head of Higher Education (HE) with administrative tasks including taking minutes and other related administrative duties (1 day per week)
  • To conduct administrative tasks across the wider Business Plus team to navigate busy periods and holiday cover across as deemed appropriate by your line manager.

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.
  • Experience of accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
  • High level of digital skills in the use of Office 365 and learner management systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent
